Boath House Restaurant with rooms is the perfect place to escape and relax whilst visiting the Highlands. We pride ourselves on a providing a slightly more informal and relaxed style of service. All of our staff are trained to make you feel that this is your home for the duration of your stay. All rooms are very individual in terms of size and decor, as such we recommend that you browse through the various room pages on our site to find the ideal room for you.
Rooms At Boath House
Boath House was originally built as a family home and we have tried, as far as possible, to retain the original features of the house. The traditional ‘dressing room’ which was attached to each bedroom on the upper floor has been converted to an en suite bathroom, otherwise the rooms have retained their original character as shown in the original architectural plans of the house.

First floor classic room with a cast iron rolled top bath and rain shower. Twin or kingsize bed.
Room Two
First floor classic room with gorgeous views and a French antique double bed.
Room Three
Superior room with amazing views over the lake & two slipper baths plus walk in shower
Room Four
Superior room with panoramic view & four poster antique bed plus cast iron bath
Room Five
Spacious suite of rooms overlooking woodland with twin or kingsize beds

Also known as Miekle Cottage and is nestled in the ground of Boath House
